GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE OK SKIPASS CARDS
By purchasing a Skipass "Platos Arena Paltinis" card, the visitor has the right to use all means of transportation available to the public on the slopes. Please get informed on the site or online of what types of Skipass cards you can purchase.
The price of the Skipass does not depend on how many ski lifts or tracks are opened, but on the current price list. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all slopes or ski lifts will be opened.
The card owner is responsible for its proper use.
The value of the lost, stolen, damaged cards or intentionally ruined or confiscated cards will not be returned and will not be replaced.
INADEQUATE USAGE OF THE CARD MEANS CONFISCATING THE CARD
The value of the lost cards will not be returned and they will not be replaced.
All cards are issued as KeyCard, for which a 10 Ron warranty will be paid. When returning the undamaged card, the tax will also be returned. (The card itself is proof of payment of this guarantee shall not be issued a tax receipt for warranty.)
KeyCard type cards used by the proximity of the left panel of the gateway. For disposable cards (cardboard) will not charge warranty. Disposable cards are inserted in the bar code in the space provided below under the gateway screen.
In case of a ski accident, part of the initial value of the card will be refunded. Refund will be made only upon presentation of a medical certificate issued by the doctor or the hospital where the patient was hospitalized, which must indicate that the card owner cannot practice skiing anymore, because of injuries suffered.
The following discounts may apply:
- Group Discount: organized groups of 10 people and more, get a discount, according to the price list shown above. All cards must be purchased in the same time.
- Children up to 6 years old: kids up to 6 years old get a free card and will pay only the warranty card. For children in this category, an adult must show a valid card.
- Children over 6 years old: children over 6 years old receive a discount according to the price list.
- Pensioners: pensioners receive a discount according to the price list, upon presenting the pensioner coupon.
Types of cards:
Day cards
Day cards are valid only on the day of issue. In off season, the day cards are valid only on Monday, Thuesday and Thursday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. On Wednesday and Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Exceptions makes the cards available for one or two days: Saturday, Sunday or Saturday + sunday are available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
In peak season, from Monday to Sunday (19.12.2015-10.01.2016, 06-14.02.2016) the cards are available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Night cards
Night cards are valid only on the issue day, between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Starting on February 29, 2016 till will close the season, by night the chairlift nd ski lift will not work.
Weekly cards
The cards are available maximum 5 days per week from Monday to Friday, in the issue week, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. in peak season (19.12.2015-10.01.2016, 06-14.02.2016); between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Friday and between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Monday, Thuesday and Thursday (11.01-05.02.2016, 15-28.02.2016)
Season cards
Season cards are available every day between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. , throughout the current season
Point cards
Point cards are available between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. , Monday through Sunday in the season they were issued, until the 30 or 60 points are finished. One ride is worth 4 points on chairlift on track A, 3 points on tracks A, B1, B2 and 2 points on Track D.
30 Point cards can be used for 10 lifts on tracks A, B1 and B2 and for 15 lifts on Track D or for combined lifts on the 4 tracks.
60 Point cards can be used for 15 chairlift on track A, 20 lifts on tracks A, B1 and B2 and for 30 lifts on Track D or for combined lifts on the 4 tracks.
All cards except point cards offer an unlimited number of lifts, throughout their validity period.
Disposable cards
Disposable cards (cardboard) are valid for one ascent and / or descent for chairlift
CAUTION: Do not stay near the gate! After using the card, go through the gate and go away from it. (If there is a queue, you can stay just before or after the gate). If you stay near the gate, you may risk to damage the card or lose points. In such cases we do not take responsibility for lost points or damaged cards.
IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY OR BAD WEATHER, INSTALLATIONS MAY BE STOPPED, FOR SAFETY REASONS. IN SUCH CASES, THE VALUE OF THE CARD WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
On periodic checks of the SC Teleferic Cindrel SRL employees, a valid Ski pass card must be presented in order to inspect the valability. Holders of " Swatch Access " must present the watch to be read.
S.C.Teleferic Cindrel SRL is not responsible, can not be held liable and is not obliged to return the value of the cards for unpredictable events such as strong winds, lack of snow, faulty installation or any other unpredictable results, because of weather events, resulting in partial or total closure of the tracks or ski lifts. Also, SC Teleferic Cindrel SRL is not responsible, can not be held liable and is not obliged to return the value of the cards, or for partially closing a slope because organized sports events.
For safety reasons, it is not allowed to stay on the slopes outside working hours. After the closing time, a controlling descent will be made by employees of SC Teleferic Cindrel SRL.
Everybody using the services described, is doing that on their own risk. Everyone must act so as not to endanger the health or lives of others and not to damage or destroy objects or things. Everybody is required to adapt his/her ski style to the level of capacity and to ski according to terrain, weather conditions and visibility. Everybody has also an obligation to respect the signs and the instructions of the SC Teleferic Cindrel SRL employees.
By purchasing a Skipass card you agreed and took notice of general conditions of selling and using the Skipass card.
